Greetings! Thank you for your interest in OtherLeadership and the opportunity to work with you in developing your organization to be a leader in leadership!

I recognize there are endless demands competing for your time and resources, but I can assure you that strategic organizational culture and leadership development is a worthwhile investment.

There is a wealth of research that shows how developing a pipeline of internal leaders and building an aligned organizational culture translates to a competitive advantage, which is increasingly more important in today’s environment marked by technological disruptions, global political and economic turbulence, and digitally interconnected suppliers and customers from geographically dispersed locations.

In this complex and dynamic environment, organizations can no longer rely on leadership silos. Successful organizations are able to cultivate strong leadership at all levels that taps into the knowledge and abilities of others vertically and horizontally.

I can help you achieve this goal.

I am uniquely positioned to do so for several reasons. Over my twenty years in various technical, project management, and supervisory leadership positions, I experienced – firsthand – the leadership development and cultural challenges that today’s organizations face. In fact, I was so intrigued by understanding how to create more effective organizations and leaders, I left the workforce to study it full-time.

Now, with my Doctorate in Strategic Leadership, I am ecstatic to take what I learned and help organizations develop practical ways to implement proven research. I am passionate about growing leadership depth and breadth and creating growth-minded organizational cultures that drive the innovation required in this unstable environment.

I am thrilled to invite you with me on this journey!

With sincere respect,

Dr. Tara Lalonde
