Navigating Your Leadership Influence: Improving Organizational Effectiveness

Ideal for mid-level and rising junior leaders, this unique leadership development curriculum blends traditional course instruction grounded in extensive academic research with one-on-one leadership coaching over the course of eight weekly, ninety-minute sessions.
Each week builds upon the previous topics to create a framework for leaders to improve their influence through elevated self-awareness and a comprehensive understanding of dynamic organizational factors.
Conducted virtually, this curriculum provides flexibility for learners to participate regardless of work schedules or location. Additionally, this course incorporates key tenants of adult learning theory by integrating the learner’s experiences with individualized coaching and topic sequencing that allows for immediate implementation.
This curriculum guides the learner through the multiple ways that leaders influence organizational outcomes; specifically, it explores leadership influence through the lenses of leadership style and characteristics, values, organizational culture, systems thinking, organizational learning, intergroup relationships, psychological safety and belonging, and communication, trust, and credibility, while providing opportunities for application and reflection of learned concepts between each session.
